Whereaway is a Cape Cod style waterfront home with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, full kitchen with area for dining, comfortable living room with spectacular ocean views of the harbor and islands.
It can accommodate up to 6 persons. It is rented weekly during the summer, typically rom Saturday to Saturday.
- Bedroom one – “Captain’s Quarters” is located on the first floor with a king bed with ensuite bathroom with tub and shower.
- Bedroom two – “Harborside” is located on the second floor with an ocean view, king bed and full-size bed.
- Bedroom three – Located on the second floor with two Twin beds. (second bathroom with shower on the second floor).
The expansive lawns offer panoramic views of the beautiful boats of Center Harbor with schooners sailing along Eggemoggin Reach and islands. There is plenty of outside furniture included chairs, tables, chaises and picnic table as well as private beach access.
2025 Rates
Whereaway is typically rented by week during the summer months and with a 4 day minimum in late spring and early fall months.
- Daily rate for weeks June 3 – July 1, 2024 — $450/night (4 day minimum)
- Weekly rate for July 1 – August 31, 2024 – $3500 per week and rented weekly (7 day minimum)
- Weekly rate for September 1 – September 29, 2024 – $3200 per week and rented weekly (7day minimum)
- Weekly rate for weeks September 30 – October 15, 2024 – $450.00/night (4 day minimum)
There is Maine sales tax of 9% and a cleaning fee per stay of $175.00
Check in time is anytime after 3:00 p.m. and check out time is anytime prior to 10:00 a.m.
